On October 26, 2022, within the framework of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group I, the theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Procedural expenses and property claims" with the trainer engaged Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
During this session, the following are being addressed: the decision on the procedural expenses, the payment of expenses according to the fault of the person who caused them, the effect of other decisions related to the compensation of expenses and the necessary expenses for lawyers or the authorized representative.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
