On October 27, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group of theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Inheritance Law" with trainer engaged Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following topics are being dealt: the procedure for examining the hereditary property, the principles of the procedure for examining the inheritance, local, subject, functional and international competences, the preparation of the hereditary session, temporary measures for ensuring the hereditary property, inventory and valuation of the decedent's property, appointment of the temporary guardian of the hereditary property, division of the hereditary property and transactions between the living (intervivos).
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and through the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
