October 28 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous training program in cooperation with the European Union – EUKOJUST Project, is conducting the training for Capacity development of judges and prosecutors for indictments and sanctions in cases of domestic violence.
Trainers engaged for this activity are Ms. Bardhë Krasniqi, Public Legal Education Expert on Domestic Violence and Marginalized Groups, EUKOJUST.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on improving the prosecution and judicial response to domestic violence.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions through practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of the Basic instance as well as professional associates.
