November 4 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code – general art, with Trainer Mr. Hashim Çollaku judge in the Appeals Court.
This Training session is covering the following: criminal liability and sanctioning of the inciter, incitement as an institute in criminal justice, role of the abettor in commission of the criminal offence, and role of the inciter in commission of the criminal offence.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
