On November 7, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting theoretical training, under the "ECHR" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, Professor at the University of Pristina.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the Council of Europe, the European Convention on Human Rights (1950) and the Additional Protocols, the content of the Convention, the Additional Protocols of the Convention and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and its impact in the legal system of Kosovo.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
