On November 7, 2022, as part of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is conducting theoretical training under the module "General Punitive Policy Guide" with trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the purpose of sentencing from the point of view of the guide, the starting point of the sentence, the prohibition of double evaluation of the circumstances and the rules for measuring the sentence.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussion.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
