November 8 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on ECHR, delivered by trainer Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, professor in the University of Prishtina.
This training session is covering the following: ECtHR objectives and impact of its jurisprudence in protection of human rights in Kosovo’s legal system.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors.
