On November 10, 2022, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training under the "Civil Law" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In this second session, the topics being addressed are: Subjects of the legal-civil relationship, the natural person as a subject of law, personal rights, the classification of subjective civil rights, legal circulation and the importance and administrative act.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
