From 06-07 October 2016, KJI in cooperation with the School of Magistrates of France and the support of the French Embassy in Kosovo organizes training on the topic "Fight against terrorism: Presentation of judicial anti-terrorist provisions, practice and treatment of terrorism cases in France".
Within this training there will be presented French judicial experience and approach to the development of terrorism, it will be discussed about cooperation with the intelligence services, relationships with the criminal investigation services, management of investigations and best investigative practices. International judicial cooperation in anti-terrorism cases, modes of financing of terrorist groups, and best practices in handling these cases will be also the focus of the training.
The beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors.
