On 28 October 2016, KJI within the Continuous Training Program (CTP) conducted training on: "Bankruptcy proceedings".
The training aimed to provide a detailed interpretation of the basic concepts and provisions of the new Law on Liquidation.
On this occasion were highlighted provisions governing the reorganization of legal persons in bankruptcy, bankruptcy proceedings, other entities involved in this procedure with particular emphasis on administrator bankruptcy, creditors' claims and their review, the plan of reorganization, liquidation and closure of the bankruptcy case.
Upon cleavage of the provisions of this law were provided clarification on the scope of its activity, new elements and definitions contained in this law as a priority.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of basic and appellate level- Department on Commercial Affairs and legal officials.
