On November 17, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is undergoing theoretical training under the module "Inheritance Law" with trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, they are dealing with: necessary heirs, calculation of the necessary part, inventory of hereditary property, calculation of donations and legacies in the hereditary part, unworthiness, assessment of unworthiness and exclusion from the inheritance of the necessary heir.
The training methodology is implemented through practical cases and through the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
