On November 18, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is undergoing theoretical training under the "Hereditary right" module with trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, they are dealing with the following sub-topics: the procedure for examining the hereditary property, the principles of the procedure for examining the inheritance, local, subject, functional and international competences, the preparation of the hereditary session, temporary measures for securing the hereditary property, inventory and valuation of the decedent's property, appointment of the temporary guardian of the hereditary property, division of the hereditary property and transactions between the living (intervivos).
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and through the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
