On November 21, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
The topics addressed are: erros in person (erros in persona), erros in fact, in the narrow sense and causal connection, and in fact in the broad sense, attempts, Reasons that justify it punishment for attempt, complete and defective attempt, criminal offenses for which attempt is not possible and inappropriate attempt in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
