November 23 2022. Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Covert measures of investigation and surveillance, with trainer Mr. Bahri Hyseni, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
This training session is covering the following: Types of covert technical surveillance and investigation measures and their meaning, covert photographic or video surveillance, interception of communications via computer network, use of location tracking tools and disclosure of financial data.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
