November 24 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Preliminary procedure, with Trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci, judge in the Basic Court of Mitrovica.
This training session is elaborating on the following aspects: division of the criminal procedure, initial actions of the police, authorizations of the police – based on the Law on the Police, police actions before formal commencement of the criminal procedure, the role, relevance, reliability and the proving power and the criminal investigation.
Training methodology is interactive discussion of the presented practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
