On November 25, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training, the third session, training from the module "Contentious procedure - second part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the preparation of the session for the main trial, the opening of the session and the development of the main trial the maintenance of order in the session for the main trial.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
