On November 29, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contentious Procedure - second part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: Burden of proof, facts that do not need to be proven, evidence and taking evidence, the witness, the expert, the inspection of the place and the documents and the hearing of the parties.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
