Sub-module: The role of the judge in the preliminary procedure, the first session: The role of the judge in the pre-criminal procedure

On November 29, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "The role of the judge in the preliminary procedure", with the trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the powers and role of the judge in the preliminary procedure, the role of the pre-trial judge in the case of issuing technical measures of observation and investigation and the basic principles related to expertise that are within the competence of the pre-trial judge.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
