On November 30, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is undergoing theoretical training under the "ECHR" module with the trainer engaged Ms. Habibe Salihu, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the safety of journalists, the criminal prosecution against journalists, protection and safety of journalists according to the CPC and the prohibited measures aimed at identifying the source of information.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
