December 5 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training on the sub-module on the Property law and other real rights, with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: importance of the property protection, Protocol 1 of the European Convention on Fundamental Human Rights and Liberties, types of lawsuits, claim re-vindication (action reivindicatio) and negative claim - Actio negatoria.
Training methodology is conducted through interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
