December 5 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second groups of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Role of the judge in preliminary procedure, with trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci, judge in the Basic Court of Mitrovica.
This training session is covering the following: conditions for confiscation according to extended powers, conditions when can assets of the deceased defendant be confiscated under Article 7, and conditions when the assets of the fugitive defendant can be confiscated – Article 8.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
