September 5 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group pf newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on the Law on obligations, with trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the aspects like: civil delict responsibility, cases of material damage, exception from the responsibility for the caused damage, and responsibility for action of the other person.
Training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
