On December 6, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Dispositions, principles, powers and exclusion of the judge in the criminal procedure", in support of trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the powers of the court in the preliminary investigation according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, the appeals that are considered by the Court of Appeal, the exclusion of judges.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
