December 12 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training on the enforcement Procedure with trainer Mr. Isa Shala private enforcement agent.
This training session is covering the following: enforcement on the immovable property, exclusion from enforcement, enforcement decisions, acquiring a lien, selling seized items and registering liens without possession.
Training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
