On December 13, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Commercial Law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: judicial commentary in matters of an economic nature, commercial companies, the purpose and scope of the Law on commercial companies, the activity carried out through registered commercial companies, the types of commercial companies in Kosovo, activities and goals allowed for the establishment of the commercial company and economic abuses.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
