On December 12 -13 2022, Academy of Justice in cooperation with its partner USAID Commercial Justice Project, continued with the 3rd session of the Commercial training for judges of the Commercial Court.

During this two-days training, the judges had the possibility to discuss about the Construction Contracts and its specifics, keys-handover contract, legal effects of construction contract, termination of construction contract, public construction contract.
This training also discussed on commercial law issues, personal data protection, intellectual property in the digital sphere, etc.
The trainings were followed with interactive discussions between the trainers and participants, being challenged and analyzing practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of both instances of the Commercial Court.
