On December 14, 2022, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on: "Reasoning of court decisions - Civil Matters".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal and Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants and increasing their professional capacities in legal research, judicial examination and drafting of judicial decisions.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, followed by practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges from the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, judges from the Court of Appeal and from the Basic Courts as well as professional associates.
