On December 16, 2022, the Academy of Justice is conducting training on: "Legal Remedies and Special Procedures" from the Basic Module for professional associates.
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal and Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the Legal Remedies, the Procedure for issuing a punitive order, the Mediation Procedure, the Procedure for negotiating a plea agreement, the Procedure for issuing a judicial warning, and the Procedure for making a decision on repayment from the evidence of convicts
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates from all courts and prosecutor's offices in Kosovo.
