On December 16, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Administrative Law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the administrative act, the reasons for which the administrative act can be contested, the administrative acts against which the administrative conflict cannot be developed, the silence of the administration, the parties in administrative conflict and the defendant parties in administrative conflict
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
