On May 22, 2023, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, the theoretical training under the "ECHR" module is being carried out with trainer Mrs. Habibe Salihu, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: local legislation related to the right to information, the Law on whistleblower protection, reporting and disclosure in the public interest is protected when it is due and judicial protection of whistleblowers.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutore 2022/2023.
