June 21, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Commercial Law", held by the trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
This session is addressing the following: judicial commentary in matters of an economic nature, business organizations, the purpose and scope of the Law on Business organizations, the activity carried out through registered commercial companies, the types of commercial companies in Kosovo, activities and purposes allowed for the establishment of the commercial company and economic abuses.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them is from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
