On June 14th 2017, Academy of Justice con-ducted training on “Judgments and its types ac-cording to LCP”.
Purpose of this training was to extend the judge’s knowledge on correct assessment of spe-cific conditions for issuing judgments and their reasoning in order to apply correctly provisions of the Law on Contested Procedure.
This training comprehensively treated and ana-lyzed the judgments, types of judgments and conditions for issuing them. Particular attention was paid to partial judgment, judgments based on confirmation (reasoning, causes of appeal), judgment based on withdrawal from the claim, judgments because of disobedience, because of absence, judgments without the main hearing of the matter, as well as complementary judgment.
It was further elaborated on reasoning of each type of judgment. In which case the participating judges presented their practical cases and had the possibility to receive clear instructions on re-specting the rules and the law.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of the general department – civil division from basic instance courts of Kosovo.
