On 05-09 June 2017, Justice Academy organized a five-day training for newly appointed members of the Administration of Courts and Prosecution "Induction Course - Module 1".
The induction training focused on the most important areas aimed at building the professional capacities of the participants, with particular emphasis on their daily practical performance to promote quality of services provided in line with policies, applicable standards and legal requirements.
Within this training module were addressed stages of historical development of judicial and prosecutorial reform after 1999, legislative changes regarding functioning of the judicial and prosecutorial system, constitutional provisions and legislation in force regarding judicial and prosecutorial system in the Republic of Kosovo. There were also treated judicial documents, principles and rules of the Ethic Code and Professional Conduct for administrative staff of courts and prosecution offices, qualityoriented services for citizens, as well as planning, time management and stress during the exercise of their duties.
The methodology applied during the training was combined with theoretical explanations and interactive approaches appropriate to encourage participants in developing debates and present their encountered in practice.
Beneficiaries of this training were newly appointed members of the court administration and prosecution offices of various positions such as: professional associate, legal officer, budget and finance officer, clerks and other officials.
