INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
Under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Croatia Ivo Josipovic on 17 - 18 May 2012 in Zagreb – Croatia, the Croatian Judicial Academy organized an international conference with a topic “Judicial Training Centers - A Step Forward“.
The program of the conference covered topics like: - independence/autonomy/sustainability of Judicial Training Centers, Implementation of EU goals and programmes in relation to national institutions, International cooperation of judicial training centers, Trainers and training material authors - selection/appointment criteria, Use of modern teaching techniques, Use of information technology and experiences on evaluation of training activities.
The Kosovo Judicial Institute was represented by its director, Lavdim Krasniqi who did e presentation on the topic „Trainers and training material authors - selection/appointment criteria”.
Participants of the conference were directors/representatives of training institutions from: Germany, Albania, Turkey, Montenegro, Kosovo, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Slovenia etc.
