On 13-14 October 2017, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNICEF, will organize two day training on: “Protection of children’s rights in marital disputes – family”.
Within this training will be treated: Principles for protection of children’s rights according to national and international legislation, criteria to be taken into consideration by the court in cases of child’s trust, principles for determination of the alimony, the active role of the court in this matters/disputes, international child abduction in civil matters-proceedings.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Appeal Court – Civil Division, Judges of Basic Court – Civil Division, Professional Associates and Guardianship Authorities.
