On 19 October 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Alternative resolution of disputes”.
Within this training will be treated: the arbitrage – types and characteristics, mediation – conclusion of agreements and fulfilment – its execution, court competences for evaluation of the validity of the arbitrary agreement, as well as court competences regarding mediation.
Beneficiaries of this training are Judges of the Department for Commercial Affairs, Basic Court and Judges of Appeal Court.
