On 08 November 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Decision procedure according to ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies”.
Within this training will be treated: complaint as an ordinary legal remedy and causes of the complaint, examination boundaries and first instance court decision and second instance court related to decision on complaint, revision and request for protection of legality, decision according to extraordinary legal remedies.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Basic Court – Civil Division.
