On 14 November 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in criminal procedure”.
Within this training will be treated: legal conditions to determine measures for ensuring the presence of the defendant in the proceeding, bale and house arrest, detention and reasoning of the decision for determining the detention, detention and other measures in relation to human rights and freedoms.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Basic Courts and Prosecutors of Basic Prosecution Offices.
