Black Market and Organized Crime

On 23-24 November 2017, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EULEX organizes training on: “Black market and organized crime”.

Within this training will be presented: Internet black market versus traditional markets for illegal goods, what is Internet Black Markets, their structure and approach, how internet blackmails can be detected and investigated with social media connections, police-prosecutor cooperation and challenges – investigation of transactions in internet black market. Human Rights implications, respect of the right to privacy, international co-operation in criminal matters related to the investigation of transactions operate on internet black markets, as well as hidden investigative techniques, including administration of evidence on the black market for criminal proceedings.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Court of Appeal-Criminal Division, Judges of Basic Courts, Prosecutors of Basic and Appeal Prosecution Offices and Kosovo Police Investigators.
