On December 18, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Procedural expenses and legal property requirements", with the trainer engaged Mr. Arian Gashi, Prosecutor in the Appellate Prosecutor's Office.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: advance payment of criminal procedure costs, translation costs and in cases of mandatory defense, the decision on criminal procedure costs, exemptions from the payment of criminal procedure costs, compensation and necessary expenses for the defender or authorized representative and legal property requirements.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
The beneficiaries of the training are the 22 newly appointed female prosecutors for 2023/2024.
