On December 26, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the sub module: "Alternative Procedures" with the trainer engaged Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: The institution of release from punishment according to the provisions of the plea agreement and the provisions related to the cooperating witness and the advantages and disadvantages of release from punishment.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
