On 03 May 2018, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EU, B&S Europe, will organize training on: “Financial Investigation”.
Within this training will be presented: Public procurement with a special emphasis on differences between administrative violation in procurement proceeding and criminal offences, difference between the official person and responsible person, financial evasion
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors of basic instances and other relevant institutions.
