On January 17, 18 and 19, 2011, Kosovo Judicial Institute (KJI) in cooperation with the Twinning Program organized a training for trainers on the topic: “European Court of Justice”.
The main focus of this training was on the jurisdiction of the General Court, Tribunal for Civil Servants and Court of Justice..
Also different types of procedures that are developed In ECJ and methods of the interpretation of EU-Law were discussed in details.
The main purpose of this seminar was to provide the participants with deep knowledge about the European Court of Justice.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges, prosecutors and lawyers that are being prepared to be trainers on EU-Law.
