On September 27 and 28 2018, the newly appointed judges under the theoretical training component are attending two training sessions from the Module on “Legislation and additional skills”, sub-module on “Law on Minor offences”.
Topics that will be discussed are: initiation of the minor offences procedure, as well as regular and extraordinary legal remedies.
