On October 3rd 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing a training on “Setting compensation in the expropriation procedure”.
This training will present on the following: legal terms for expropriation, expropriation procedure in cases and the expropriation entity is Government or Municipality; preliminary and final decision for expropriation, as well as legal remedies; ways and criteria for setting compensation in expropriation cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of basic courts and of the Appeals Court (civil decision), as well as professional associates of courts.
