On February 8, 2011, KJI organized a seminar on the topic “Jurisdiction of the Courts in Property Matters”. This seminar focused on issues regarding: the competence of courts, the competence of the Kosovo Property Agency (KPA) and previous decisions of HPD.
The main purpose of this workshop was to deepen the knowledge regarding the general provisions on the competences of courts, and the powers of the KPA as well the exchange of experiences of different courts in property disputes. The beneficiaries of this workshop were civil judges and professional associates.
