On October 3rd 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing a training on “Setting compensation in the expropriation procedure”.
This training will present on the following: legal terms for expropriation, expropriation procedure ins cases when expropriation entity is government or municipality, preliminary decisions and final decision for expropriation, as well as legal remedies; ways and criteria for setting compensation in cases of expropriation.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges of basic courts and of the appeals court (civil division), as well as professional associates of courts.
