Today on October 4th 2018, Academy of Justice in the Initial Training Program is conducting a theoretical training for the newly appointed judges, under the module “National and international legal orders”, the sub-module “Organization of the judicial and prosecutorial system”.
This training will cover aspects like: organizational structure of the judicial system in Kosovo after the reforms took place, competencies of the courts and prosecutions, and their territorial jurisprudence, etc.
