On October 18 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing a training on “Criminal liability of legal persons”.
This training will present on the following: basis and the margin of the criminal liability of legal persons, legal procedure for imposing sanctions against legal persons, types of sanctions that may be imposed against legal persons.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges and prosecutors of the basic and the appeals instances.
