On October 23rd 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing training on “Extraordinary legal remedies in administrative disputes”.
This training will cover the following: procedures in cases when deciding about extraordinary legal remedies, distinction between extraordinary legal remedies and the request for extraordinary judgment review, requests for protection of lawfulness and the request for review, procedural actions and decision related to extraordinary legal remedies in administrative disputes.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of the administrative departments of the Prishtina Basic Court, judges of the appeals Court and Supreme Court Judges.
